Terms and Conditions

Reservation and Payment

• Reservations: Bookings for STEM Prep Lil Lab classes must be made in advance however we accept walk ups for open play.
• Payment: Full payment is required no later than 7 days before your party. Payments can be made via master card, visa, american express, or apple pay.

Liability and Insurance

• Third-Party Vendors: All third-party vendors (e.g., face painters, costume characters, performers) must provide proof of liability insurance. This certificate must be emailed to parties@stempreplittlelab.org prior to the event.
• Client Liability: The client is responsible for any damage to the facility or equipment caused by their guests or during the event.

Facility Use and Conduct

• Facility Use: The client is responsible for ensuring that all guests adhere to the facility’s rules and guidelines. Any damage or misuse of the facility or its equipment will be billed to the client.
• Conduct: All events must comply with local regulations and guidelines. Disruptive behavior, illegal activities, or activities deemed unsafe by STEM Prep Lil Lab staff will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the event.

Health and Safety

• Health Precautions: Clients and guests are expected to adhere to current health and safety guidelines. STEM Prep Lil Lab reserves the right to refuse entry or services to individuals not complying with these guidelines.
• Emergency Procedures: Clients should familiarize themselves with emergency procedures and exits. STEM Prep Lil Lab staff will provide instructions in the event of an emergency.

Property and Personal Belongings

• Personal Belongings: STEM Prep Lil Lab is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Clients and guests should keep their belongings secure.
• Property: All property brought into the facility by the client or their guests must be removed promptly after the event. STEM Prep Lil Lab is not responsible for any property left behind.

Modifications and Amendments

• Terms Changes: STEM Prep Lil Lab reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes affecting their booking.

Governing Law

• Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled in accordance with Pennsylvania law.
